New Hinge Update
IG Doors is excited to announce that starting from the 4th December 2023, we will be implementing a brand new hinge on all our doors as a standard feature.
This new hinge update marks a significant leap in IG Doors’ product development, guaranteeing enhanced functionality and durability.

- 200kg deformation testing to BS EN 1191

- Robustly constructed from 3mm steel
- Integral security for inward and outward opening doors
Testing
- Successfully tested to PAS24 as a critical component
- Successfully tested to BS EN6375 Part 1(Air, wind, and water) as a critical component
- Successfully tested to BS EN6375 Part 2 (Strength and operation) as a critical component
- Corrosion tested to BS EN1670 Grade 5: 480 hours
- Successfully tested to BS EN1935: 2002 Building Hardware for Single Axis Hinges
- Manufactured to an ISO9001 Quality System
